Sneaky Entrances and Transitions Workshop
Price is £0.00

Sneaky Transitions is a 90min workshop dedicated to looking at the slightly more unusual and often hidden ways of transitioning
from a standard move or position and ending in a completely unexpected next move, the workshop is aimed at intermediate to advanced
students with a reasonable level of experience of aerial silks while some moves will be conducted at height much of the content
will be delivered relatively low in order to assist in spotting and walking through the complexity however, students should have
good stamina and strength and be comfortable with holding their own weight for prolonged periods and happy to cleanly air invert
lots of times.

This workshop is limited to a maximum class size of two in order to allow for lots of instructor interaction, some of the moves will
require time to master and so this workshop is aimed at introducing and experiencing the concept of the moves so we cant promise that
there will be lots of instagram ready pictures on the day, but we can say there will be lots of fun!

Due to the at times quite complex nature of learning some of these transstions this workshop is limited to a maxium of two people in
order to maximise instructor interaction Previous aerial silks experience is a must for this workshop, students should be of a level
where they are typical working on routines and have good stamina equivalent to happily climbing 6m silks multiple time(20+),
extended unsupported holding (i.e. unwrapped) in the air including while inverted and while you don't need to be a pretzel,
a degree of flexibility and dexterity will help greatly

As the class is limited to a maximum of 2 it is very much like having a private however if you would prefer to have it as a 1-to-1 why not
contact us for a private session
Our workshops are conducted at our purpose built studio with 3x6mtr 1x6.5mtr and 1x 8.5mtr rig points available, with sprung floor throughout and lots of crash mats set on the edge of the Fold Hill Hamlet in rural Lincolnshire, if you are looking for traveling PE22 8RG is the postcode to use
